Level Determination: On the 10th of each month, your level for the current month will be updated based on promotion data from the past 3 months. Orders placed from the 10th of the current month to the 10th of the next month will be settled according to your new level.
Payment Schedule: Previous month's commissions are calculated between the 6th-10th of each month and distributed between the 28th-31st.

Yes, joining the Tencent RTC Affiliate Program is completely free. There are no costs or fees to become an affiliate partner.
How much commission can I earn?
You can earn between 10% and 25% commission on qualifying purchases. New affiliates start at the Bronze tier (10%) and can advance to Silver (15%) and Gold (25%) tiers based on performance. With Tencent RTC's premium packages ranging from 199 to 1499 per month, you can earn substantial commissions on every sale. Top-tier affiliates can make up to $374 per month on just one high-tier package sale, with potential for recurring revenue.
How do the commission tiers work?
The three-tier structure works as follows: • Bronze: 10% commission (0-2 completed orders) • Silver: 15% commission (3-10 completed orders) • Gold: 25% commission (more than 10 completed orders) Your tier is evaluated monthly based on the past 3 months' performance.
When will I get paid?
Commissions are calculated between the 6th-10th of each month (for the previous month's sales) and payments are distributed between the 28th-31st of the same month.
How will I receive my commission payments?
All payments are processed through the Tencent Cloud unified payment system. Custom withdrawal methods are not supported.
What's the referral cookie duration?
Our cookie duration is 180 days, meaning you'll earn commission on any purchase made within 180 days of someone clicking your referral link.
Which Tencent RTC products qualify for commission?
Commissions apply to first-time purchases of standard plans (including Call, Chat, Conference, Live, RTC Engine, and Beauty AR packages) and starter packages during the valid association period.
My referral signed up without using my link. Can I still get credit?
Unfortunately, customers must register through your unique referral link for you to receive commission. We recommend always ensuring your referral links are correctly implemented.
Can I refer myself or my company?
No, self-referrals are not permitted. Affiliates cannot earn commission on their own purchases or purchases made by their company.
Who is eligible to join the program?
Enterprise and individual users can join. However, registered agents and current employees of Tencent or Tencent partners are not eligible.
What happens if a customer requests a refund?
Any order that receives a refund (regardless of the refund percentage) will not qualify for commission. Customers who frequently request refunds may be blacklisted.
How are commissions calculated when the customer uses a coupon?
Commissions are calculated based on the actual payment amount after any coupon discounts have been applied.
How do I track my referrals and commissions?
You'll have access to a dedicated affiliate dashboard where you can monitor clicks, conversions, commission rates, and payment status in real-time.
What if there's a dispute about my commission calculation?
Please submit your case via email to info_rtc@tencent.com with relevant details. We will conduct a review based on backend data verification. As per our platform policy, Tencent Cloud reserves the ultimate interpretation rights for all commission-related calculations.
